Paradigm Sport and Spine LLC treats all forms of pain and dysfunction. Dr. Leali believes in taking a step-wise approach to assess how your body moves and carries its tension in order to offer a personalized one-on-one treatment session that can provide results in a little as 3 to 5 sessions. It is important to understand that no two people are the same and all conditions come with their own time frame.
We believe in treating each person by using a hands-on patient focused assessment consisting of a blend from the McKenzie Method and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, along with various hands on techniques. We believe that by using a step wise approach to assessment and treatment, we are able to get you better faster.
What is DNS
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization is a rehabilitation school of thought from the Czech Republic, created by a man named Pavel Kolar and it is the basis upon which Dr. Leali has built his technique. The rehabilitation exercises are based on the normal development during the first year of life. By using these same types of positions focused on very specific patterns of stabilization, we are able to re-integrate ideal movement patterns that carry over to all walks of life. This technique can be applied to treating our pediatric patients, professional athletes or older individuals looking to stay active and feel good.
Why We Don’t Accept Insurance and What It Means For You
Because we want to provide the best possible care for you. By not taking insurance we are able to provide a one on one individualized assessment and treatment at each visit.
It does not mean that you can not be reimbursed. At Paradigm you will automatically be sent a superbill upon the first of the month after treatment has begun. This document can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement which may vary depending on your plan.
You can use your HSA to pay for visits.
